We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing manager that is motivated to go above and above in their work. Experience creating and carrying out marketing strategies while leading and motivating a team characterizes the ideal applicant. The manager should be able to handle both short-term and long-term marketing tasks with equal skill, work under pressure, and adapt to the changing demands of the business.

 Create marketing strategies with clear goals for various channels and market groups, as well as establish positioning and target consumers.

· Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns from inception to end, using internal resources and driving cooperation.

· To develop effective strategies, analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market data, and marketing best practices.

· Create, manage, and run analytics reports across different platforms to extract essential information for future campaign creation and go-to-market plans, replete with formal proposals and suggestions on methods.

· Communicate with senior management on marketing initiatives, strategies, and budgets, and present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.

· Coordinating and maintaining major marketing platforms, such as social media, internet, offline and door to door

· Maintaining communication and connections with various stakeholders such as clients, associates, and vendors.

· Contributing to ensuring that brand positioning adheres to established rules, arranging and participating in gatherings including exhibits, conferences, seminars, and receptions.

· To determine trends, client demands, and competitors, do market research.

· Provide captivating content for brochures, ads, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

· Effectively work alongside the sales team to develop campaigns and promotional materials that are successful.

· Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making necessary strategy adjustments.

· Participate in developing marketing budgets and keep tabs on spending.
